September 11, 2001 Tragedy Tuition Waiver Program
Scholarship for undergraduate students who are children or widowed spouses of a Massachusetts resident who was the victim of the terrorism of September 11, 2001. Students must attend a public college or university in Massachusetts. A certificate of death and proof that the death is connected to terrorism must be included with application packet.
