Additional Information:

This awards program assists mature women (Over 30) in entering the workforce or upgrading their employment status. The program begins on the club level with club recipients becoming eligible for region-level award. Two recipients in each of SIA's regions Training award programs enable these women to gain the additional skills, training and education needed so they can adequately provide for themselves and their families.
