Visually Impaired/Blind
Open to legally blind undergraduate &
graduate students of good character who
have exhibited academic excellence and
are studying in field of rehabilitation/edu-cation
of persons who are blind or visually
impaired. Must be US citizen. Must submit
evidence of legal blindness; official tran-scripts;
proof of college/university accept-ance;
three letters of recommendation; and
typewritten statement describing goals,
work experience, activities, & how money
will be used.
