Scholarship for undergraduate students attending a Kentucky postsecondary institution who were in the Kentucky state foster care system. Applicants must be 18 - 21 years of age, left state foster care at or after age 18 or was adopted after the age of 16. Number of awards may vary. Recipients may reapply.
