Annual award for undergraduate students enrolled at Western Kentucky University School of Journalism and Broadcasting majoring in Community Newspaper Journalism. Students must demonstrate financial need and academic achievement. Preference given to Lyon, Hopkins, or Caldwell County, Kentucky residents. An essay must be included with application packet.
