Scholarship for blind or sight impaired Northwest Ohio or Southeast Michigan residents who are undergraduate students enrolled full-time at the University of Toledo. Students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, financial need, and be U.S. citizens. A FAFSA must be submitted by April 1st. Number of awards and award amount may vary.
