Scholarship for Frederick County, Maryland residents who are undergraduate students enrolled full-time at Frederick Community College or the University of Maryland. Selection is based on academic promise, community service, extracurricular activities, financial need, and character. Preference given to, but not limited to, students of Iranian birth. Number of awards and award amount may vary.
