Scholarship for female non-traditional students attending Southeast Missouri State University. Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and have demonstrated financial need. Recipient will be required to submit 5" x 7" black and white photo for newspaper and must attend one River City BPW meeting each semester, and submit an oral or written report progress report. Recipient must carry 9 or more credit hours each semester. Number of awards varies.
