Annual award for Midland County, Michigan residents who are undergraduate students whose formal education has been interrupted or delayed and are accepted or attending an accredited, publicly supported university, college or community college in Michigan. Students must be U.S. citizens, at least 25 years of age, and demonstrate financial need. Nonrenewable. An essay must be included with application packet.
