Scholarship for Spokane County, Washington residents who are legally free in foster care, or emancipated minors not in foster care, or non-legally free not in foster care and are enrolled at a postsecondary institution in Washington. Students must be 21 years of age or younger. Number of awards and award amount may vary. Proof of foster/emancipated status must be included with application packet. Nonrenewable; recipients may reapply.
