Scholarship for undergraduate or graduate students attending a college or university in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, or Washington. Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA, demonstrate significant leadership skills, hold a significant leadership position on campus, and have made significant contributions through volunteer involvement. Award amount may vary.
