Scholarship for Chemung County, New York who are undergraduate students enrolled at a postsecondary institution. Students must be 25 years of age or older, attend a postsecondary institution within 55 miles of Elmira, New York, and have lived in Chemung County for a minimum of two years. Number of awards and award amount may vary. Nonrenewable.
