Annual award for undergraduate student attending Mansfield University in Pennsylvania, majoring in Social Work. Applicant must have completed 91 credits and have a 3.0 GPA. Candidate must have high moral and ethical standards and have a commitment to practice rural social work. Preference is given to a student originally from Tioga, Potter, or Bradford counties.
