Scholarship for American Radio Relay League (ARRL) members who are undergraduate students enrolled at a postsecondary institution. Students must hold an FCC amateur radio license. Preference given to students attending college in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, or Florida and majoring in Electronic Engineering or a related field. An essay must be included with application packet. Renewable.
