Scholarship for Erie County, Pennsylvania residents who are college juniors enrolled at Allegheny College, Edinboro University, Mercyhurst College, Pennsylvania State University, Erie-The Behrend College, or Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine majoring in Biology.
