Scholarship for Kentucky residents from select counties who are incoming freshmen enrolling at Morehead State University. Selection based on academic achievement, test scores and financial need. Priority given first to students from Rowan, Menifee or Montgomery counties and then Floyd, Magoffin or Bath. Due date and number of awards may vary. Nonrenewable.
