Scholarship for undergraduate or graduate students attending Old Dominion University enrolled in a financial aid eligible program leading to Teacher certification, licensure or enchancement. Consideration is given to students studying at rural Virginia TELETECHNET sites with a minimum of 58 credits and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Applicants must demonstrate financial need. Students must file the FAFSA prior to February 15. An essay must be included with application packet. Number of awards and award amount may vary.
