Scholarship for residents in the Eighth Congressional District of Missouri who are undergraduate students attending Southeast Missouri State University. Applicants must have completed one semester of college with a minimum 2.5 GPA. Selection based on financial need in excess of Pell Grant assistance. Candidate must have leadership, service and extracurricular activity participation. Separate application is required. Number of awards and award amount varies.
