Scholarship for students from Southside Hampton Roads who are entering freshmen at Old Dominion University. Preference is given to students with a minimum 3.20 GPA and membership or family membership in Beta Sigma Phi. Consideration is also given to leadership ability and community involvement. Number of awards and award amount may vary.
