Annual award for City of Aurora, Kendall County or Southern Kane County, Illinois residents (residing within the boundaries of School Districts 129, 131, or 204) who are graduating from Waubonsee Community College and plan to attend Aurora University to obtain a bachelor's degree. Preference will be given to students who have been or are members of the Kiwanis Builders or Key Clubs. Number of awards varies.
