Scholarship for California residents who are undergraduate students enrolled in an Associate degree Nursing program in California. Students must be U.S. citizens/permanent residents, agree to practice two years in a medically underserved area of California as an RN providing direct patient care, and obtain a BSN degree within five years of an ADN degree. Priority given to students pursuing employment in a medically underserved area even after the service obligation has ended. Number of awards may vary. A personal statement and a SAR or copy of federal tax return must be included with application packet. Renewable.
