Scholarship for Arizona residents who are incoming freshmen accepted to Arizona State University. Applicants must be an orphan, ward of the court, in foster care or a qualified independent student. Candidate must have a minimum 3.0 GPA (non-weighted) and have demonstrated financial need. Recipient must complete 40 hours of approved community service per academic year. Number of awards and award amount varies. Renewable; must reapply.
