Scholarship for Tennessee residents who are college juniors, seniors or post baccalaureate students enrolled full-time at a public or an eligible non-public postsecondary educational institution in Tennessee. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, have a minimum 2.75 CGPA and be admitted to the department of education at their post secondary institution. The FAFSA must be completed by May 1st.
