Annual fellowships for college juniors, seniors or graduate students pursuing a career in Journalism, film, Writing, Publishing, or Market-Oriented Public Policy. Applicants must demonstrate an interest in the classical liberal tradition of individual rights and market economies and have applied for an internship, training or other short term opportunity related to the student's career plans. A proposal and writing sample must be included with application packet.
