Scholarship for residents of Knox or Fulton counties, Illinois who are undergraduate students attending Western Illinois University that are majoring in Elementary or Secondary Education. Incoming freshmen must have a minimum ACT score of 25 and graduate in the top 25% of class, and current undergraduates must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Number of awards may vary. Renewable.
