Annual award for Cleveland, Ohio residents who are enrolled or accepted full-time at a Pell-eligible educational institution, offering courses toward a degree or certificate in vocational or technical training. Preference given to African American or Hispanic males, adults returning to school, first-generation college attendees, single head of households. Applicant must have a minimum 2.5 GPA, be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and be an active church member, endorsed by a letter of reference from their pastor. Candidate must have financial need. Due date, number of awards and award amount varies.
