Annual award for an undergraduate or graduate student attending an institution in the U.S. majoring in Journalism. Applicants must demonstrate the potential to complete the journalism program, and an understanding of unionism. Selection is based on scholastic ability and financial need. An essay on William Ruggle's editiorial on the Right to Work must be included with application packet.
