Annual award for Colorado resident who is an undergraduate sophomore, junior or senior student attending Colorado State University, enrolled in the College of Agricultural Science. Preference given to Yuma County resident. Selection based on academic achievement, initiative, attitude and demonstrated leadership ability. Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
