Scholarship for Oregon residents in the Willamette Valley area who are pursuing postsecondary studies in Science, Engineering, or Health Education. Applicants must be U.S. citizens/eligible noncitizens, file the FAFSA, and be full-time students. Award amount and number of awards vary. Recipients may reapply and compete annually. Contact the student's guidance counselor, the OCF, or OSAC for more information and/or application.
