Scholarship for Arkansas residents who are undergraduate students attending full-time at Texarkana College or Texas A&M; University-Texarkana. Applicants must be U.S. citizens. Awards are based on academics, school activities, community service, athletics, future goals, faculty and advisor recommendations, and financial need. Due date and number of awards may vary.
