Scholarship for residents of El Paso County, Texas who are undergraduate students attending the University of Texas - El Paso majoring in Mass Communications. Preference is given to juniors or seniors in advertising/public relations. Award is based on SAT score of 1100 or better, top 10% of class, 3.5 GPA or better. Once scholarship has been awarded, it will be a continuous award, preferably to the same student for their undergraduate career provided they carry 15 credit hours with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
