Scholarship for Texas residents who are full-time undergraduate students attending Tarleton State University. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, demonstrate leadership abilities, be a U.S. citizen, demonstrate moral character, must be in good standing, and show financial need. Preference is given to students from the Selden community, next to students from Erath County. Number of awards and award amount may vary.
