Annual award for National Federation of Music Clubs student members who are undergraduate or graduate students enrolled at a postsecondary institution. Students must be U.S. citizens, 18 to 25 years of age, and demonstrate talent in vocal or instrumental accompanying. An audition is required. A $30 entry fee applies.
