Scholarship for Vermont residents who are undergraduate or graduate students enrolled at an accredited postsecondary institution pursuing studies in a Health Care field and/or Human Resources. Students must demonstrate financial need and intend to work in Vermont for a minimum of one year. Applicants must be adults planning to upgrade employment skills. An essay must be included with application packet. Nonrenewable; recipients may reapply.
