Scholarship for undergraduate students who are current members of the American College of Nurse-Midwives (ACNM) enrolled in an ACNM DOA accredited basic Midwifery Education Program. Students must have completed a minimum of one semester or clinical module and agree to complete a brief data collection form within one year of receiving award. Number of awards and award amount may vary. An applicant information form, a statement of career goals and plans, and program director verification/recommendation form must be included with application form.
