Annual award for FFA members who are undergraduates enrolling/enrolled at Northeast Community College (NE) pursuing a two-year degree in Irrigation Technology. Students must be U.S. citizens. Criteria used for selection includes student's GPA (minimum 2.0 GPA), ACT or SAT scores, class rank, leadership in FFA activities, leadership in community activities, and involvement in the Supervised Agricultural Experience Program (SAE).
