Scholarship for undergraduate students enrolled at an accredited postsecondary institution pursuing studies in Public Administration or Services, including, but not limited to Human Services, Public Administration, Public Policy, Social Work, or Community Organization Services. Students must demonstrate financial need and community service. An essay must be included with application packet. Nonrenewable; recipients may reapply.
