Scholarship for Minnesota residents who are undergraduate or graduate students enrolled part- or full-time at a postsecondary institution in Minnesota, West Central Wisconsin, North Dakota, or South Dakota pursuing studies in a Technical Communication, English, Journalism or related field. Students who are enrolled part-time must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. An original piece of technical communication must be included with application packet.
