Scholarship for undergraduate or graduate students enrolled at an accredited postsecondary institution majoring in Art (Crafts, Drawing, Film/Video, Mixed Media, Painting, Photography, Printmaking, Sculpture, or Art History). Students must be U.S. citizens/permanent residents, demonstrate artistic talent, and be Virginia residents OR registered in-state students (minimum of one year). Number of awards and award amount may vary. Samples of works must be included with application packet.
