Scholarship for Tulsa, Osage, Rogers, Wagoner, Mayes, Creek, or Okmulgee County, Oklahoma residents who are college juniors or seniors enrolled full-time at Oklahoma State University, Northeastern State University, or Langston University. Students must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Consideration given to character, leadership abilities, and financial need. Deadlines and award amounts may vary.
