Annual grants for domiciliary residents of Virginia who are full-time, undergraduates, graduate students, or students in professional programs (excluding religious training or theological education) enrolled at a participating accredited, private, or non-profit college/university in Virginia. Financial need is not a factor. Number of awards may vary. Award amount varies up to $2,210. Applications received after July 31 are wait-listed. Contact the Financial Aid Office at eligible institutions for more information and/or application.
