Scholarship for South Hampton Roads, Virginia residents who are undergraduate students enrolled full-time at the University of Virginia. Students must have financial need and be Norfolk Public School graduates. Number of awards may vary. A personal statement and a copy of parent's income tax return must be included with application packet. Renewable.
