Scholarship for Illinois residents who are undergraduate or graduate students enrolled full-time at an accredited postsecondary institution in the US. Students must have a 3.5 GPA on a 5.0 GPA scale, be U.S. citizens, completed 30 college credit hours, and be pursuing a real estate career. An interview is required. Number of awards may vary. A personal statement must be included with application packet.
