Scholarship for Virginia residents who are entering freshmen at Old Dominion University. Applicants must have a minimum 3.8 GPA, rank in the top 10 percent of their class and have a minimum SAT score of 1280. Preference is given to residents of Hampton Roads. Number of awards and award amount may vary.
