Scholarship for RN's specializing in lung and respiratory control whose future employment plans are in Supervision, Administration or Teaching. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, demonstrate leadership qualities, and have the freedom to pursue full-time employment. Recipients must have prospects of employment in specific positions at a hospital, clinic, or health department upon completion of their education. Statement of nursing status is required with request for application. Number of awards may vary. Contact the local Eight & Forty Scholarship Chairman or the American Legion Education Program for more information and/or application.
