Annual award for Texas resident that is a college level student, sophomore or above, including graduate students who are pursuing a degree at an accredited Texas college or university in Agriculture Communications, Food & Nutrition, or Hotel Restaurant Management. Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and financial need. Student must have evidence of being a well-balanced individual with pleasing personality and high moral standards. Candidate must have participation in student activities, leadership qualities, and an interest to support the production and consumption of beef.
