Scholarship for college juniors or seniors enrolled in a Texas college/university who are members of the Bilingual Education Student Organization (BESO) and are pursuing a Bilingual Education Teaching Certificate. Applicant must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and be bilingual and biliterate in English and another language. Nonrenewable.
