Scholarship for rising college sophomores attending Old Dominion University. Applicants must demonstrate leadership and involvement in campus and community affairs. Preference given to active members of Epsilon Beta Chapter of Kappa Delta Rho. An essay must be included with application packet. Award amount and number of awards may vary.
