Annual award for incoming freshman attending Carlow College in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania full-time, majoring in Education. Preference will be given to students from inner city with financial need. Main criterion is financial need. Number of awards and award amount varies. Renewable; must maintain 3.0 GPA.
