Annual award for Pennsylvania residents who are second year medical students enrolled full-time at Pennsylvania State University, College of Medicine. Students must be bona fide residents of Pennsylvania for a minimum of 12 months before registering as a medical student (not including time as an undergraduate/graduate student in Pennsylvania). An interview may be required. An essay and proof of full-time enrollment must be included with application packet.
